The start

Every successful project starts with a consultation call. We'll dive into the purpose of your project and precisely what you need the media to achieve. Based on our discussion, we'll determine the best package for your design, which may include interior and exterior photographs, drone footage, and/or video. If drone footage is part of the plan, we'll cover the necessary steps for scheduling a safe and compliant flight for your specific address. We'll also have a clear discussion about the usage rights and licensing of your media, as how your photographs or videos will be used determines the duration of the license and what's involved in maintaining it.

Scouting Day

Next, we'll schedule an initial scouting day. This is our chance to tour your project together, allowing us to develop a detailed shot list and discuss key angles that will truly tell your visual story. We'll also confirm property access and availability during this visit.

Shooting Day

Moving forward from the scouting day is the shooting day—where the elegance of your work truly comes to life! The length of the shoot will depend on several factors: the size of your project, the number of essential shots, the different types of media you've requested, and how accessible the property is. I always welcome clients to join me on the shoot, but it's certainly not required! I understand you're a busy professional, so if it's not feasible for your schedule, that's perfectly okay.

Post Processing

After the shoot, the editing process begins. I meticulously filter through the photos to find the ones that best highlight your project's unique aspects. I often combine multiple exposures to maximize the detail and beauty of the space. My approach to editing isn't to create images with the aesthetic of a rendering, but rather to emphasize the natural beauty of your design. This process generally takes about three times the length of the shoot itself. I'll keep you updated and let you know when you can expect your finished media.

Deliverables

Once everything is ready, you'll receive access to your media through a secure online gallery. I'll provide various file types to ensure your images and video look their best across all the different platforms you plan to use them on.
